Russell K. Childers co-founded BGBehavior LLC and leads the development of the company’s technical infrastructure. He is responsible for the backend systems that currently support the Gearshift Fellowship platform. Russell actively participates in technical development and scalability, and advises the technical teams responsible for BGBehavior's services.
Nadja R. Ging-Jehli co-founded BGBehavior LLC and brings scientific vision and translational insight to company. She advises on how the company’s digital infrastructure can support emerging research needs and future applications at the intersection of adaptive cognition, mental health, and human-AI interaction. She also leads an independent academic research program and created the Gearshift Fellowship platform, which is supported by BGBehavior LLC as a backend provider.
